Kiinteistö Oy Kajaani Pietari has been offering rental apartments since 1965 and has rented homes to thousands of Kajaani residents, returnees and those coming to Kajaani to work or study.

The long history and story of Kajaani Pietari was wanted to be highlighted along with the new brand and at the same time bring a new style to the look, which would be great for marketing and advertising.
